Orthodontic practices have the option to designate where they want subsequent retainer orders to be shipped once the first set of retainers is confirmed to be fitted at an office visit as part of the treatment plan. Patients who need retainer replacements while away at college, have moved, or simply have busy schedules save themselves a trip to their orthodontist’s office. Quick and easy access to replacement retainers can help prevent relapse. The option to ship subsequent retention orders to an address other than the physician’s office is presented during the check-out process.
