While considering a third breast enhancement in a recent podcast episode, Tori Spelling shared some hilarious details about her first rodeo.
Her first breast augmentation was far from the typical Hollywood fairytale. After her initial surgery, she later had to undergo a second procedure to address her expired implants.

Tori Spelling reveals her first breast implant was in a strip mall
During a recent episode of her misspelling podcastSpelling answered a fan’s question about her breast augmentation.
The ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ star revealed that her first surgery took place at a local mall and not the glamorous setting you’d expect for a Hollywood actress.
Spelling recalled that she was 19 at the time, and despite her reservations, she went to a place recommended by a friend of her ex-boyfriend.
The TV personality described her experience of visiting a doctor’s office located at strip mall. He highlighted the unusual setting, saying: “I went to this doctor and he was in a shopping mall. I can’t fix this.”
Despite the unconventional location, Spelling referenced the episode that he thought the doctor was competent, before adding:
“It was just an outpatient surgery center in a strip mall. I was 19, so I was like, ‘E this is not Beverly Hills,’ I was confused.’
The 51-year-old went on to express her gratitude that her well-known friends Alicia Silverstone and Carmen Electra have supported her during her recovery from breast augmentation surgery.

Despite now being able to laugh about her initial experiences with breast augmentation, Spelling revealed that she had to undergo a second procedure to reverse the first. She explained:
“My whole intention in redoing them was to make them smaller. Looking back on the 90s, I loved my boobs, wish I had kept them. i was like a 32B, maybe like an A+ or minus. I just wanted to make them fuller.”
However, even the second operation did not achieve the desired result, and the actress admitted it yet he was not entirely satisfied.
“I don’t think those are the right ones either. Damn it. Third time’s a charm,“ Spell remarked with a chuckle.
Spelling’s second surgery happened in 2021
Before revealing her teenage experience with breast augmentation, Spelling previously opened up about a long-overdue doctor’s visit that dealt with her health issues.
The explosion shared that she took to her Instagram Story to document the procedure with a photo from her doctor’s office. In the image, Spelling displayed a large glass container filled with several foam breast implants.

With her second surgery, Spelling joined a growing list of Hollywood stars who have opted to have their breast implants removed, citing health reasons.
A notable example was Tamra Judge, who announced in June 2021, her decision to have her implants removed due to autoimmune issues. The judge expressed her desire to regain her health, stating that she is tired of “being tired and inflamed”.
Similarly, actress Mena Suvari shared her journey in her 2021 memoir, “The Great Peace: A Memoir.” She revealed her decision to have her breast implants removed as part of her healing from past emotional and sexual trauma.
Another celebrity, Kayla Lochte, also had an implant removed after being diagnosed with breast implant disease (BII).
Lochte highlighted the positive impact the surgery had on her health and encouraged others facing similar issues to consider doing the same.

Spelling has faced more than just challenges with her breast implants when it comes to her appearance.
The star recently faced criticism about her appearance, including comparisons to TV presenter Wendy Williams, during an episode of her ‘misSPELLING’ podcast.
The explosion shared this the mother of five recognized her ability to maintain a positive outlook regardless of people’s opinions. In her words:
“You can ask me anything, you can say anything, fairly thick skin. I read the comments — look at me, I’m human. I can feel them, but I can also have a good sense of humor about them.”
After being compared to the former radio host by a fan who wrote: “She looks like a white Wendy Williams,” Spelling remarked: “I actually think it’s Wendy Williams very beautiful.” Despite any past tensions between them, Spelling stated:
“She was not very kind to me in the past, but she is a beautiful woman and I feel bad for her situation. But I want to comment on this, you will never be able to see it.”
