A hairdresser who flew to Turkey to get a new set of veneers was told by cruel trolls that her teeth are ‘whiter than chewing gum’.
Georgia Fox, 20, flew across the sea as she believed the beauty job there would be much better than in the UK.
Georgia, who wanted to get veneers after always hating the way her natural teeth looked, said she first saw a girl who went to a dentist in the UK but they ended up destroying her teeth.
Georgia, from Scotland, says: “People say it’s bad to take turkey teeth out. I’m sorry but I don’t agree.”
So she flew to Antalya, Turkey and had veneers placed on her upper and lower rows and documented her journey on her TikTok account.
In a clipGeorgia can be seen showing off her teeth which have been shaved into a very fine shape.
Blood was running from her mouth as she pulled her lips down to show them, before placing the veneers.
From the process, Georgia is thrilled with the results.
But since she came back and shared her results on her TikTok page – people have been sharing their thoughts on her ‘scary’ teeth.
Others have said how “they are white as gum.”
“You can’t polish a pickle, but you can stick turkey teeth on it,” wrote another rudely.
“Wow, this is the worst I’ve seen,” commented another.
“This is the worst thing you can do to your teeth and it looks absolutely ridiculous,” said a third.
Her videos have even attracted expert comments.
One wrote: “As a dental nurse this hurts to my core.”
It left some wondering why she has gone for such a white shade.
One said: “Ok but I want to know why everyone prefers the whiter shades though!
“You’ll love getting veneers, but making them look natural or it’s an eyesore.”
Georgia has previously urged people to leave her alone.
He added: “It’s not in your mouth. You don’t need to worry so much. You all get anxious, looking at my teeth.
“You don’t have to worry because it’s not in your mouth. Or is it just jealousy? I do not know. It’s not a great look.”
What is involved in making veneers?
According bupa, Doctors will prepare your teeth by removing small amounts of enamel, but the individual’s roots and nerves remain intact.
This means that in most cases, your tooth or teeth will need to be filed before veneers are placed.
There are no nerves in the enamel, but your dentist can give you dental sedation to help you relax.
Next, the doctors will take impressions of your teeth.

It is not the first time that Georgia has cosmetic treatment.
She has also spent thousands on a breast job and facial fillers.
What are the risks of going to Turkey for cosmetic treatments?
Dr Omar Tillo, plastic surgeon and medical director at the CREO Clinic, says Brits should heed these important notes.
- It is important to have realistic expectations of what the process can and cannot achieve
- Patients may need to wait for a certain amount of time after surgery to allow for healing and to ensure that the tissues have fully stabilized
- Many medical tourists will forget about the return journey and the complications that can arise with long distance travel after a recent surgery and flying within the same week of a cosmetic procedure can greatly increase the chances of blood clots
- Patients should carefully discuss the potential risks and complications of the procedure with their plastic surgeon and weigh them against the potential benefits.
- Patients should carefully consider the financial implications of the procedure
- Unfortunately, the cosmetic surgery tourism industry does not stand up for the truth to attract patients to medical tourism hotspots including Turkey, Poland or Thailand – what looks like a premium facility may actually be just an illusion created by elaborate and aggressive marketing
- Even if a surgeon is highly skilled, a patient may find that their expectations of their results are still difficult to communicate with their surgeon when they are in a different country or time zone, without even considering a language barrier
When she was 19, Georgia spent more than £5,000 on her breast work and revealed it gave her a huge confidence boost.
She regularly documents her life on her TikTok page, which has gained more than 92.5 thousand followers.
