Antonia Arcabascio has always been jealous of Pamela Anderson’s generous endowment.
So while losing 60 pounds with exercise and Ozempic, the Staten Islander bought herself a set of breasts to beat the perky Playboy pinup couple.
“I’m taking mine boobs I did during my weight loss journey it made me feel like my best self,” Arcabascio, 28, a cosmetologist who maintains her newly toned frame at Intoxx Fitness, told The Post.
“I’m proud of the way I look now,” boasted the brunette, who went from a shrunken B-cup bra to a double-D bustier. “I look like t-ts on a stick!”
Like Arcabascio, slender sirens across the country are treating themselves to breast augmentations as a reward for slimming down with weight-loss drugs.
The bust enhancement trend comes as an attempt to combat the “ozemic breast”. It’s a deflating downside of weekly injections that have caused some women to experience severe sagging and shrinkage.
Prompted by rapid weight loss, sleepiness mimics the unsightly drooping of the Ozempic face and Ozempic butt. Both scourges are high-profile, if unofficial, side effects of the type 2 diabetes drug, which has left A-list mugs looking emaciated and flattened fans to unflattering extremes.
But the girls of Gotham aren’t letting their big apples go down without a fight.
Anna Steve, board certified plastic surgeon with Neinstein Plastic Surgerytold The Post that jab users have flocked to her Upper East Side offices, desperate to reclaim their cleavage.
“Over the past 12 months, we have seen a recent increase in women seeking breast enhancement surgery,” she said. “This coincides with the explosion in the use of injectable weight loss drugs like Ozempic.”
Surprisingly, Steve – whose augmentations can cost upwards of $15,500 – said most ladies in New York are settling for subtle add-ons, rather than huge voices, to complement their newly petite physiques.
“Many patients fear that larger implants will make them feel ‘fat,'” Steve explained. “Women often seek smaller, more natural-looking breasts as the final step in their weight loss journey.”
A patient of Steve’s who preferred to remain anonymous told The Post: “After a previous reduction and weight loss of 200 pounds, I was left with deflated breasts. Having previously been an H cup, I knew I never wanted big boobs again.”
“[Steve] she listened to me and was amazing at restoring volume and fullness without an exaggerated, fake look,” she added. “I couldn’t be happier with my results.”
Michelle York, 41, of Los Angeles, she opted for a tummy tuck and a modest breast lift in June 2023 after losing 90 kg with anti-diabetic and anti-obesity injection Mounjaro.
Instead of getting implants to improve her pout, the mom-of-two told The Post she had a breast lift and fat transfer — excess fat moved from her ribs to her breasts — hiking her girls up to a cute 34 C cup .
“It’s the best decision I’ve ever made,” said York, a full-time influencer. “They’re small, but they’re lively.”
But Danielle Spillman, 38, a married mom of seven from Lynchburg, Virginia, said that after losing 80 pounds on weight-loss shots he feels better after getting older in the womb.
“I had a breast lift with 500cc gummy bear implants,” Spillman, a lifestyle content creator, told The Post. She had the augmentation, as well as abdominoplasty, late last year.
Unlike traditional silicone or saline implants, gummy bear implants are made with an inner and outer silicone, making them more durable and natural-looking.
“I went from having loose B cups to double Ds,” Spielman boasted. “I don’t even have to wear a bra.”
“Weight loss, breast augmentation – it’s self-care that makes me feel good about myself.”
Arcabascio, who is then considering a non-surgical butt lift in Brazil, agreed.
“I like doing fillers, botox, implants,” she said with a laugh. “Whatever makes me feel good.”
