A Texas mother arrested for allegedly carrying out an illegal Botox operation on her buttocks is facing new charges – as her victims share images of their horrific injuries.
Consuelo Dal Bo, 57, and her daughter Isabella Dal Bo, 18, were arrested by Houston police in April during a sting operation.
The surgically enhanced blonde woman appeared in a Montgomery County court on Friday after surrendering to additional charges stemming from incidents in 2021 and 2022 at her home. KTRK.
She was wearing a pink prison jumpsuit and handcuffed as she was charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license causing bodily harm.
Since the mother-daughter duo’s arrest, their former clients have been speaking out, sharing the horror stories of their experiences.

A woman said to local news outlet went to Consuelo’s Conroe, Texas home in 2022 for buttock enhancements.
The woman said she paid $8,000 for Consuelo to inject liquid from large brown bottles into her body on three separate occasions.
“The side of my butt would get really, really red and hurt to the touch. I’m sure it was infected,” she said.
“Right now I feel like marble all over my butt. I regret going to her, yes.’

Another woman said she got calf injections from Consuelo in 2010 and has been suffering ever since
Authorities collected bottles of illegal injectables and medical equipment from their bags at the scene of their arrests in April
Another woman said she had injections in her calves from Consuelo in 2010 and since then has suffered constant infections, severe swelling and pain.
Montgomery County Jail records show Consuelo was released on $100,000 bail Friday – $50,000 for each additional charge.
In April, an undercover officer posed as a customer to meet the two women at a temporary residence on Eastern Meadowlark Way in Conroe.
The mother and daughter had reportedly come straight from the airport after doing business in California.
Police said the women tried to give the undercover officer Xanax to relax before the injections.

According to public records, Consuelo’s home is listed as a $650,330 residence (pictured) in Conroe
Authorities collected bottles of illegal injectables and medical equipment from their bags at the scene.
The women reportedly told police they “weren’t even sure what was in the bottles.”
Both are charged with the illegal practice of medicine and the mother will face an additional drug charge.
According to public records, Consuelo is a licensed cosmetologist in Texas and the family home is listed as a $650,330 residence in Conroe.
The FDA has issued several warnings against injectable silicone for body contouring and said it can lead to long-term pain, infection and serious injury, including death.
