A social media star who is addicted to plastic surgery has revealed the results of her latest surgery.
Maria Magdalena, 31, was left with an ‘alien uniboob’ earlier this year after one of her size 38J breast implants exploded in her chest.
She fixed this by getting smaller implants, but now has much larger 1000cc implants placed in her breasts.
The new implants contain expanders, which is a small port in the side of the implants that allows them to be filled with saline via a needle.
Many women with expanders choose to fill their implants themselves at home, increasing the size little by little over time until they reach enormous dimensions.

Opting to go under the knife again to get new implants, Mary explained to X that she wanted to make her nipples symmetrical and was excited to continue expanding her new breasts to epic proportions.
“My surgery went perfectly!! My nipples are finally centered!!! I went from 900cc silicone implants to 1000cc dilators, which I will safely fill every two months until I reach the desired size,” he said.
“I’ve been doing a lot of lifts this year so I’ll probably have to fill less than before per session to be safe and I’m perfectly fine with that!” she continued.
“Last time I was in a hurry and everything about SIZE not aesthetic. This time I will take care of my body more and focus more on the perfect ROUND bolt shape versus just size.’

In a subsequent post, Mary reflected on her personal plastic surgery journey.
“The reduction was a rollercoaster, but if I didn’t do it I wouldn’t be able to achieve symmetry. It took me so many breast surgeries to correct my nipple placement, so I’m very excited for my new big journey.
Mary’s new outlook comes less than a year after she vowed to reverse her surgeries and return to a more natural look.
At the time, the Canadian model said her exploding implant was a “sign” to step away from the surgeon’s scalpel once and for all.
“I’m going back naturally not only to my boobs but to other parts of my body,” she told her followers at the time.

In another post, the OnlyFans performer admitted she was “trapped in an endless cycle” of plastic surgery and was constantly going under the knife to correct the wrong procedures.
“It’s not a fun little adventure anymore, it’s just draining in every possible way,” he said.
“My time is running out, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you end up digging yourself into a very expensive time-consuming hole.’
Mary had her first breast job at 21 in Mexico by a local dentist, which didn’t go well.
Over the years, her procedures have included brow lifts, fat transfers, multiple nose and breast surgeries, veneers, liposuction, BBL over butt implants, porcelain veneers and more.

As many of her surgeries were illegal, Mary traveled the world from Colombia to Russia to perform various operations.
She nearly died several times and at one point her buttocks began to “rot” after illegal buttock injections, which she sealed with superglue.
