The Real Housewives are known for over sharing, and the OG franchise, The Real Housewives of Orange County, is clearly the best at it.
Alexis Bellino, 47, held nothing back when talking about her sex life with boyfriend John Janssen, 60, in Two T’s in one podcast with RHOC’s Tamra Judge and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Alum Teddi Mellencamp.
The hosts asked Alexis how her sex life was, prompting her to tease: “I said [John] I didn’t know the human anatomy could do that.
“I keep telling him I’m going to have to do, like, CPR,” she added, saying they have sex four or five times a night.
But she also explained that it’s not every night as she’s home with her three kids most nights, so when she and John spend the night together, they make the most of the time they have.

The hosts asked Alexis how her sex life was, prompting her to tease: “I said [John] I didn’t know the human anatomy could do that.”
“So we can’t stay every night together if he doesn’t want to come to me,” she said.
“I will come to his house twice a week, I will stay there. And then one night a week, we’re really apart.’
Bellino shares 16-year-old twins Miles and Makenna and 17-year-old son James with ex-husband Jim Bellino.
Meanwhile, Janssen has two children from a previous relationship and dated Bellino co-star Shannon Beador, 60, for four years, splitting in the fall of 2022.
Alexis quickly shifted the conversation away from her sex life and the state of her vagina when she realized her children and Janssen’s children might be listening to the podcast.
Alexis and John began dating in the fall of 2023 and became Instagram official on Christmas Day when he presented her with a $16,300 promise ring.
Alexis is returning to RHOC for the upcoming season 18 as the show’s girlfriend, and her storyline with Shannon and Janssen is expected to be one of the main dramas of the new season.
She previously starred in seasons five through eight and later returned as a guest during season 14.

Shannon wasn’t thrilled with her ex’s new relationship, telling E! News in December: “I’m not going to lie, I’m hurt.
“I’ve been really hurt the last couple of weeks because, number one, John said he didn’t want to be in the public eye, and at that point he turned more into the public eye. So, I’m pretty confused about this.
Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres on Bravo on July 11.
