Hollywood icon Melanie Griffith was spotted with bruises on her face and arm when she was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
The makeup-free movie star had just stepped out of the luxury Melanie Grant salon.
The 65-year-old Working Girl actress has previously been open about dermabrasion – a laser treatment that helps remove cancer cells and can cause bruising – amid her battle with skin cancer.
In 2018, the Los Angeles native — who was last seen with daughter Dakota Johnson in late April — told her Instagram followers that she’s relying on the procedure to help remove cancer cells, in an effort to raise awareness about with the dangers of sun damage.
Griffith has been battling skin cancer since 2009 and has been seen several times in the past with bruises on her face from her treatments.

The mother of three was dressed in a chic outfit. She wore an espresso brown leather biker jacket over a beige sweater with white pants and beige Gucci sneakers.
