“I don’t feel like everyone is looking at me from an angle where I’m uncomfortable.”
Sam continued: “It’s this ever-worrying, ‘Did you take that picture of me where I’m on that side of my face?’
“Or when I get married one day, please God if I meet someone, I hope this will help.
“That side angle of standing at the front of the altar and having to have my nose on the side is something I’m afraid of and this will get rid of all that.”
And as his new nose was revealed, Sam was overcome with happiness as he exclaimed: ‘Wow this is incredible, I can’t explain it. This is just the weirdest thing. I’m so happy, so happy that I feel like I have to celebrate.’
