Kylie Jenner wowed onlookers at the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week with her seductive flesh-toned corset and flowy fabric clinging to the bodice.
While many fans on social media praised her goddess-like ensemble, bedroom waves and rosy make-up, her appearance on City of Love last week also led to speculation of possible botox and filler procedures.
Some of her Instagram followers commented that she looked “older” than her 26 years, with some feeling that the plastic surgery marks were more visible on her face in the runway show.

To complete her chic look for the event, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul accessorized her main dress with clear platform heels, chunky silver hoops, matching earrings, a thin shiny bracelet and a pair of nude earrings. For her glam look, the reality star wore her signature black tresses down, parted in the center and wore loose waves (she also wore it in an updo at one point).
As for her makeup look, Jenner opted for subtle mascara, pink blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy pink pout. On Instagram, clips of founder Khy on the show started circulating and fans started sharing their reactions. “She looks way older than her age,” wrote one as another commented that her rumored use of fillers and botox “completely ruined her face”.
Others compared her face to a 47-year-old Oppenheimer actor Cillian Murphy and pointed out that he looked to be in his age group. “You can see the filler under the eyes is misshapen,” another added as another chimed in: “She looks 46 not 26.”

However, on X (formerly Twitter), many fans expressed their love for her makeup and entire outfit. “She looks gorgeous,” one tweeted, while another added: “She gives me a mermaid look I love it.” Someone else replied in one thread: “The fashion game is always on point. The epitome of elegance and style.” Another noted: “Her Paris Fashion Week outfit, makeup and hair is EVERYTHING.”
Jenner was no stranger to rumors about getting Botox injections, lip fillers, and cheek fillers.
The recent iteration of these rumors on social media followed her appearance at the 2024 Golden Globes earlier this month. The mom of two admitted to having lip fillers and breast augmentation surgery as a teenager, but stressed in a November 2023 WSJ interview that she “never touched my face” about other rumored procedures like cheek fillers.
In addition to lip fillers, Jenner said, “I’ve never touched my face, but even getting my breasts done when I was 19 and getting pregnant right after, I obviously didn’t plan on getting pregnant at 19. And I never was insecure about myself.”

She continued: “I’ve always really been very confident and loved my body. I was just having fun. I was influenced by amazing boobs and I was like, this is what I wanted to do and I was having fun with it.” The Kardashians The star then admitted: “I probably should have waited until I had kids or let my body grow.” She then emphasized that she found motherhood to be about “teaching our children to do better than us, to be better versions of who we were.”
During an episode of its third season The Kardashians, Jenner responded to the incessant and ongoing plastic surgery rumors circulating among social media users that had persisted over time. “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure kid and had so much surgery to change my whole face, which is wrong,” she said, adding: “I’ve only had fillers.”
