A WOMAN has opened up about her years of surgery after spending more than £12,000 flying back and forth to Turkey to go under the knife.
Scarlet Black first decided to fly to Turkey for gastric sleeve surgery when she wanted to lose weight – and hasn’t looked back since.

Now Scarlett, who has lost 14 stone since having the sleeve, has also had a tummy tuck, thigh lift and breast lift in the country.
And she’s so happy with her body transformation that Scarlet proudly shares her story via her TikTok account @sleevesurgery.
Revealing all, the Brit, who now lives in Australia, showed before and after pictures of her operation, including her incredible weight loss.
In a recent video, Scarlet explained: “I lost almost 200IB, which is about 90kg.
“So my first operation I had was a gastric sleeve, which was a great tool to help me lose weight.
“I did it in Turkey and it cost me about £3000 in total, including flights and everything.”
But Scarlet said this was just the start of her surgery journey after her “dramatic weight loss” left her with another problem.
She told her 796.9k followers: “I was left with loose skin all over.
“And for the people who go, ‘Oh, if you lost it slowly, you wouldn’t have loose skin…’ – no!
“Sorry, 90 kilos. If you lost 90 pounds, no matter how you did it, you’re going to be left with loose, loose skin. It’s too much weight to naturally go back.”
This led Scarlet to choose to have an extensive tummy tuck.
He continued: “It goes everywhere and sticks in the back. They also did muscle repair on my stomach and I had back fat.”
This round of surgery cost her around £3.6k, before she was able to make an extra gift of a hand lift.
He added: “I think my flight this time to Turkey was around £150 or so again. Not too many – and that was a comeback.”
But Scarlet revealed she had gone under the knife once again when she paid for a thigh lift and a breast job.
He said: “The thigh lift cost around £2500 and these bad boys cost around £1700.

“My flights this time were £800. It was Turkey again [but] because I went in the peak summer season, it cost a lot more to fly out.”
However, after the results of her new figure were revealed and that it cost over £12k, Scarlet’s fans on social media were more concerned about something else.
She revealed that everyone was interested in how she found the money to fund all her work – and she was more than happy to answer.
She explained: “Many of you have asked how I can afford to do this? I have a spicy page.
“And the others who come at me saying, ‘oh you’re only doing this now because you’re thin’ – girl, do your research.
“I’ve been doing this since I was 25. I’ve been in the industry for five years.”
