A BEAUTY fan who flew to Turkey for a new smile has been savaged online as people warn her about the pain of life and expensive maintenance.

The relatively low prices have seen a huge increase in Brits traveling to the sunny destination, and among them was TikTok user – and car enthusiast – Charlotte York.
Like most people, Charlotte documented the journey on TikTok, from the pre-treatment tracks to the final result.
After saying goodbye to her old smile for the last time, the stunner headed to the dental clinic, which has branches in both Antalya and Fethiye.
There, the young woman took a look at the different options between crowns and veneers, as well as checking out the different shades with the experts.
“I went for BL1, which is the whitest, because if you can do it, you might as well,” Charlotte explained to her video.
With the perfect shade and style in mind—the woman opted for the Hollywood smile—it’s time for impressions.
”I was dreading these because I’m so bad with them in the UK – but honestly they weren’t that bad, I don’t know why.
”Then we went in with some lemon spray on my gums to make the 20 injections a little less horrible.”
The old teeth were now all prepped and ready to be shaved down to then be transformed with veneers and crowns.
Although Charlotte claimed the procedure was more or less painless as she couldn’t feel anything from her ‘eyes’, the numbness caused her to dribble a lot.

After even more impressions and some molding, the young fanatical beauty received a set of temporary chips, which had a plastic feel.
“These were whiter than my original teeth, but still the same shape,” she said.
The next day, Charlotte visited their design center to see her new smile on screen and post the results on Instagram.
But despite appearing to be in love with the pearly whites and praising the artist behind them, Charlotte’s makeover has been savaged online.
Among the whopping 4.6 million viewers were many who reckoned he would regret the decision.
One practitioner said: “I’ve been in dentistry for 39 years and I’m so sorry you’ve done this – it’s criminal they’ve done this!
“We did this in the 80s no no no.”
Another agreed, writing: “Years of pain and expense to come!”
Meanwhile, someone else thought she didn’t need to pay the £5.6k for the procedure, saying: ‘Your real teeth look great. [sic].”
“You’ll literally look like you have a full set of dentures,” one TikTok fan commented.
”Now you’re looking for a lifetime of maintenance that doesn’t last forever [forever].”
