Here’s what Gypsy Rose revealed
On Thursday, April 4, PEOPLE published an exclusive interview with the 32-year-old. Rose revealed that she is on a “journey of personal transformation”, which will also include a “physical one”.
According to the publication, Rose revealed that she will be undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. The operation is said to be intended to “change the shape and appearance of her nose”.
“I am currently on a journey of personal transformation, and that includes a physical one.” Rose said to the outlet. “Wish me luck with my surgery and watch it all this summer on ‘Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up’.”
In addition, the paper also spoke to Rose’s close friend, Nadia Vezir. Vizier reportedly shared more information about Rose’s desire to undergo cosmetic surgery.
“She said she’s a little nervous, but she’s happy it’s going to happen.” the Vizier explained. “The main thing is that she wanted a more feminine nose. She just wants to fix it up and give it a more feminine look.”
The Vizier hopes the public will let Rose “live.”
“My main message is just, people should let her live, let her experience, if they know she’s doing something right or wrong, let her experience that.” added the Vizier. “Let her learn from it. I feel like in a way people are still trying to control her.”
According PEOPLE, Rose will undergo surgery on Friday, April 5 in Lafayette, Louisiana. In addition, Vizier explained that Rose will be “resting for about two weeks” after the procedure.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Rose made headlines last week after sharing a major update about her wedding. The 32-year-old shared that she and husband Ryan Scott Anderson were “going through a breakup.”
“People were asking what was going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a divorce and I moved with my parents to the house down by the bay. I have the support of my family and friends to guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am,” Rose reportedly wrote via a private Facebook account.

At this time, it remains unclear whether Rose or Anderson will file for divorce. However, the 32-year-old was recently spotted with ex-fiancé Ken Urker earlier this week.
“It’s very cool” Urker’s mother, Raina Williams, was quoted as saying PEOPLE. “Ken is just her supportive friend.”
According TMZRose and Urker traveled to New Orleans and even took the time to get matching tattoos.
