Although Kylie and Kendall Jenner have always been easily identified as sisters due to their shared physical features such as dark hair, brown eyes and high cheekbones, a growing number of Instagram followers have noticed even more striking similarities between their faces, leading to speculation that they may have undergone similar plastic treatments surgery.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner Spark More ‘Plastic Surgery’ and ‘Filler’ Rumors After New IG Selfie
On Jan. 13, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul, 26, shared two glowing, smiling selfies with the supermodel, 28, in a post to her 399 million followers. She wrote in the caption of her post: “These are our years.” While the Jenner sisters had similar smiling expressions, many users took to the comments section to share what other things they thought the two Kardashians the stars had things in common.
“Same fillers, same botox,” wrote one user while another added: “Between botox appointments when you can move those muscles.” Someone else shouted, “These are our veneers.” The Jenner sisters have faced accusations of plastic surgery, botox and veneers in the past and have both denied and confirmed certain procedures.

Kylie admitted to having lip fillers and breast augmentation surgery as a teenager, but stressed in a November 2023 WSJ interview that she “never touched my face” about other rumored procedures like cheek fillers. Aside from lip fillers, the Khy founder said: “I’ve never touched my face, but even getting my breasts done when I was 19 and getting pregnant right after, I obviously didn’t plan on getting pregnant at 19. And never I wasn’t insecure about myself.”
She continued: “I’ve always really been very confident and loved my body. I was just having fun. I was influenced by amazing boobs and I was like, this is what I wanted to do and I was having fun with it.” Afterwards, the mum-of-two admitted: ‘I probably should have waited until I had kids or let my body grow.’ She then emphasized that she found motherhood to be about “teaching our children to do better than us, to be better versions of who we were.”

During an episode of its third season The Kardashians, Jenner responded to the incessant and ongoing plastic surgery rumors circulating among social media users that had persisted over time. “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure kid and had so much surgery to change my whole face, which is wrong,” she said, adding: “I’ve only had fillers.”
As for Kendall, over the past year, she has generated speculation that she has undergone plastic surgery and plastic surgery on several occasions. Fans on Instagram noticed her lips looked much “fuller” than usual and overly “lined.” While the 818 Tequila mogul has yet to comment on these fresh lip filler rumors, she was the subject of plastic surgery speculation in 2017 after she was spotted sporting a “bigger” pout on Instagram, which became a hot topic of conversation.

She explained to fans: “Suddenly, our pictures came out with headlines like, ‘OMG Kendall got her lips done and a complete facelift – look at her cheekbones, look at her nose!’ I was like, this is CRAZY. I didn’t even mention it at the time. Because if I address it, people will be like, “Oh, so she’s defending herself—she must be guilty.”
Although Kylie has been adamant that she only had the aforementioned surgeries and Kendall maintains that she has never changed her appearance, many Instagrammers remain skeptical and continue to speculate about possible additional surgeries or treatments whenever the sisters are in the public eye.
