Dolores Catania is not shy when she talks about plastic surgery.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey The cast member has been open about the surgeries she’s had on her face and body over the years.
In a 2021 interview with Real Self, Dolores revealed that her family has “quit yelling at her” for working. “I don’t mind them being mad at me, but I feel bad when they’re worried about me,” she said. “It’s my choice, so I don’t want people to worry, and I know every time they’ve turned it down, it’s because they were worried about me.”
Dolores continues her streak of being honest about her procedures until 2024, as she just took to Instagram to talk about the latest work she’s had.

Dolores Catania’s latest beauty procedure
on a reel, she posted on her Instagram account On February 27, Dolores introduced her “favorite person in the world” to her followers Dr. Mark Karolaka facial plastic surgeon based in Wall Township, New Jersey.
Dolores shared that she got a temporary face lift about a year ago after the area around her upper cheeks and temples was “starting to droop a little bit.” “I felt like I looked more tired,” she captioned the post.
This lift involves literally lifting the face by making incisions at the hairline. Dolores shared that it only took an hour and she didn’t even have to be put under anesthesia to do it – just relaxed and numb. But it helped that she slept through the whole process.
This resulted in Dolores looking “so fresh” and much less tired, according to her.
“He’s doing a much more awake look,” she said in the video.

As previously mentioned, Dolores has not shied away from sharing the work she has done with her followers.
In 2019, Dolores revealed that she saw Dr. Karolak for facelift, neck lift and eyelid surgery. A year later, in 2020, Dolores shared the results of her tummy tuck, before going under the elective knife again and getting a thigh lift.
In May 2021, before RHONJ In the season 11 reunion, Dolores got “hand-tightened fat, body-tightened fat” on her legs and made her “ass rounder a little more.” And in November 2021, she had her third breast augmentation.
Dolores said Real Self that the reasoning behind being so open about it is because he doesn’t want anyone else to be ashamed of himself.
“Don’t let anyone else dictate what you do with your body,” she said. “If you look in the mirror and see something that bothers you and makes you unhappy every day, and there is a way to [change that]you should do it.”
