Sami Sheen looks more confident than ever after going under the knife to improve her looks.
The 20-year-old daughter of Denise Richards, 53, and Charlie Sheen, 58, showed off the result of her recent plastic surgery over the weekend while enjoying a trip to the Texas State Fair.
Sami shared some gorgeous photos on Instagram, where she wore a cut-out pink lace top that showed off her tiny waist, toned stomach and the results of her breast augmentation.
She added a pair of cropped denim shorts that sat low on her hips and wore her hair in a bun, accessorizing with large hoop earrings and a small black shoulder bag.
Sami made sure to pose for photos from all angles to show off her altered look, which includes a new nose.
The OnlyFans model underwent a rhinoplasty on August 12 and previously admitted she was “super excited” but “very nervous”.
She shared photos from her surgery and immediately after the operation confessed that she was already “so happy” with the results and felt like “a new woman”.
Sami is delighted with her new ‘dream nose’, which she has been looking forward to changing for five years.
© Instagram“I’d have to photoshop every picture I took because it photographed horribly,” she previously shared on TikTok before adding that she thought her nose was “droopy and too big for [her] face.”
Last November, she got breast implants after admitting she wanted a fuller bust since she was 10 years old.
At the time, she revealed in a joint interview with Denise that she used to “always stuff my bra with socks and stuff” to “have big boobs like my mom”.
© InstagramSami’s decision to go under the knife didn’t sit well with her mom. Denise admitted last October that she tried to convince her daughter not to have the ‘painful’ operation, while also revealing she wants her own implants removed because they are ‘toxic’.
“I’m trying to prevent her because, and the reason I’m taking them out, is that I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” he said Trouble. “And it’s not an easy operation. It’s painful!” she added.
© InstagramSami, however, has been dreaming of toning her figure for almost a decade. “I was 10 years old and I was like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,'” she told the magazine.
“All my friends were getting boobs and I was like, ‘OK, when’s my turn?’ he added.

“Spending almost 10,000 on a new rack just because I want to grow up,” she captioned a video of herself wearing a bralette. “Someone tell me,” he then added.

He said Fox News Digital then: “She’s 18 now and lives with her mother. This didn’t happen under my roof. I don’t condone it, but since I can’t help it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity.” .
