A woman with the ‘world’s biggest lips’ has revealed she had six operations in one day as an ‘experiment’ – despite her regular doctor refusing to do it.
Bulgaria’s Andrea Ivanova regularly hits the headlines for her enhanced looks, which has seen her pay around £20,000 for lip fillers alone.
Although the 26-year-old has previously admitted she struggles to find love due to her dramatic looks, that hasn’t stopped her from her goal of having the biggest lips and cheeks in the world.
In a bid to achieve her ambition, she underwent six operations as an ‘experiment’ in just one day, spending £830 on the procedure.
Her long list of treatments included, chin shaping, augmentation and lengthening, jaw shaping and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone enhancement – all at the same time.

The social media influencer (pictured before her makeover) has spent £20,000 on lip fillers alone
She spent £830 on the invasive procedure – even traveled all the way to Germany to have it done
“My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more and I wasn’t going to stop,” Andrea said.
“I wanted to do six procedures at once, as until now, I have always done them on different areas of the face on different days.
Revealing that it was extreme, Andrea confessed that she had previously only had three needles in her face at once.
But this time, I wanted to experiment with myself to see how many injections and [amounts of filler] it would affect my body,” he said.
The social media influencer even had to find a doctor in Germany to do the procedures on February 21, 2024, as her usual surgeon flatly refused.
And although Andrea was excited about the experience, she confessed that it was extremely painful – more than usual.
“I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin are really sore,” she said.
“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation in my face.”
However, she believes this feeling is normal after treatment because “the filler hasn’t settled into place.”
Andrea’s regular doctor refused to do all six treatments at once – which included chin shaping, augmentation and lengthening, jaw shaping and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone augmentation
So the social media influencer traveled to a surgeon in Germany, but even he is now skeptical about her transformation
Revealing that she is currently struggling to eat, Andrea is adamant that her lips “don’t hurt”.
She added: “I only feel a little discomfort, but that’s where I have the most filler and where I’ve had the most injections.
“The more filler there is, the less the area hurts.”
Despite the pain, Andrea has no plans to slow down or tone down her exuberant look.
The former philosophy student planned to go to Germany to see the same surgeon, as her regular doctor is skeptical about her transformation.
But now even the German doctor has revealed their concerns.
“I wasn’t afraid to do so many injections at once because I trust my doctor and he is a great professional in cosmetic surgery,” she said.
“But they’re afraid I’ll get necrosis and have to have the tissue surgically removed from my lips if I continue.”
Necrosis is the death of body tissue, which occurs when not enough blood flows to the tissue, according to the NHS.
This condition can be caused by radiation, chemicals or injury and in some cases can be fatal.
“There are risks, such as inflammation and increased body temperature, especially with so many at once,” he added.
Although she has no plans to slow down her voluptuous transformation, there are several health risks, including necrosis
She confessed that medical professionals are concerned that her lip could become necrotic, meaning the tissue will eventually have to be removed
Despite the pain and health concerns, Andrea wants to have more filler without downtime – and is already planning her next operation
“My face is swollen and bruised right now, which is normal, because of the many needles, but I think I’ll be fine in a few days.”
Despite the health risks, Andrea is determined to do more filler without breaks and is already planning her next operation.
“You shouldn’t judge people for their appearance, because it’s their taste and no one has the right to be offended because of that,” she said.
“I think I will continue to do multiple injections in a day from now on as it makes me very happy.”
