Jill Zarin has gone under the knife in search of a ‘younger look’.
The former reality star hired plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky — husband of former “Real Housewives of New York City” cast member Lizzy Savetsky — to give her a facelift, chin implant and fat transfer to address her “tight, sagging neck skin.” ” and other surface issues.
“To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,” Dr. Savetsky tells Page Six Style exclusively.
“The procedure involved a double-layer face and neck lift, involving repositioning of both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful appearance. To improve her profile, I placed a small chin implant.”
Dr. Savetsky explained that she did the fat transfer to “restore the bulk in her midface, temples, earlobes and arms.”
Photos and a video obtained exclusively by Page Six Style show Zarin, 60, just one week after the surgery, where she still looks swollen with visible stitches.
“Jill is doing extremely well,” added Dr. Savetsky. “She has minimal bruising and swelling and I expect her results to continue to improve over the next few weeks as the swelling subsides.”
Footage from Zarin’s one-week post-op appointment shows Dr. Savetsky going through the former Bravolebrity’s “before” pictures and explaining what he did to improve her aging appearance.
“Look, I have a chin!” Zarin said to Dr. Savetsky. “What size chin did you have? Is this the smallest size you can do?’
He added, “On the front you don’t notice it as much. It’s definitely the side.”
Zarin joked with us exclusively two years ago that she needed a facelift to take away her on-camera years.
“Not in person, but on TV. I know I need to do my eyes,” she said at her Luxury Luncheon in July 2022. “I might need some changes, but that’s okay. It belongs to me.”
Zarin also quipped that some of her “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club” co-stars weren’t up to the task.
“I’m not like some of my sister-wives who denied doing anything, and yet they look better now than they did 20 years ago,” teased Zarin.
